CallCeleb provides an interactive, AI-driven voice simulation platform. All voices, personas, and interactions on this platform are entirely synthetic and generated by Artificial Intelligence. The platform is designed strictly for entertainment, parody, and technological demonstration purposes. The AI simulations do not represent the actual thoughts, opinions, endorsements, or behaviors of any real individuals.

3. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to generate, distribute, or promote content that is defamatory, malicious, illegal, or designed to deceive others into believing the synthetic audio is genuine.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its underlying proprietary inference routing, frontend design, and AI models, are the exclusive property of CallCeleb. Users retain no rights to the underlying technology.

5. Limitation of Liability

CallCeleb is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the continuous availability or accuracy of the AI-generated responses. In no event shall CallCeleb be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
